Wireless Technology and Signal Processing, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Help our clients develop novel solutions to solve complex signal processing
challenges by driving efforts to pursue and execute innovative solutions. Lead
one or more wireless communications technology projects that apply scientific
first principles and applied engineering methods develop signal processing
solutions. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts and
contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role that includes people
management and business strategy
5+ years of experience with intelligence, military, or government communities
Experience developing digital signal processing algorithms
Experience deploying, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting RF systems
Experience developing signal detection, signal characterization, and
signal location algorithms
Experience developing applications for software-defined radios
Ability to discuss a variety of waveforms and modulation techniques
Ability to utilize project management tools and processes effectively,
guiding both personal work and that of technical staff to align with client
technical objectives and overall business strategy
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with CUDA signal processing, or similar libraries for high-power
compute
Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to communicate with a high degree of technical precision through
succinct presentations, engineering reviews, and technical briefings
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master’s degree
Clearance:

to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top
Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not
limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of
education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well
as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The
projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to
$259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close
within 90 days from the Posting Date.
