AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking a Trellix ePO System Admin, Lev 3 to install and configure Trellix products, including Endpoint Security (ENS) Client, ENS Firewall, and Threat Prevention, while maintaining malware security, troubleshooting remotely via the ePO console, and supporting system administrators with desktop/server issues and software installs.
This role will assist in daily DAT file deployment, ensure ePO infrastructure operates with PKI authentication and SSL/TLS communication, contribute to best practices for enterprise malware management, and assist with product patching, hotfix deployment, and documentation development.
Mission: A Trellix ePO System Admin, Lev 3 on this government program, you will be providing support for this important government agency.
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Dayshift Mon-Fri, available for after hours on-call support
Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ CE
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- A Bachelor’s Degree and Twenty (20) years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in installing and configuring Trellix products, including Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) Client, ENS Firewall, Threat Prevention, and Access Protection on enterprise Microsoft and Linux endpoints.
- Proficient in maintaining malware security, ensuring compliance, and troubleshooting issues remotely using the Trellix ePO console.
- Ability to support system administrators in resolving desktop and server issues, including software installations and system configurations.
- Experience with daily DAT file ingest and deployment cycles.
- Knowledge of ePO infrastructure management with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
- Familiarity with the installation, testing, and deployment of Trellix product hotfixes and patches to address enterprise vulnerabilities.
- Contribution to the development and improvement of industry best practices for managing enterprise malware technologies.
- Experience in creating and updating knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions for malware, server, desktop teams, and Tier 2/3 Help Desk technicians.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Direct experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of Trellix ePO in a global enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) Product

Education and Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree and Twenty (20) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.
OR
- High-School Diploma or GED and Twenty-Five (25) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.
Travel
- Less than 10% of travel may occur.
