Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will get to train and lead a team of Operators .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing a customized training plan and schedule.
Training, developing, and mentoring operators and supervisors
Creating training materials, delivering training materials to all operations staff and managers, conducting in-service coaching and schedule testing and recertification of all TMC operators
Providing one-on-one mentoring for newly hired staff.
Periodically review the training materials and courses to ensure reflection of any changes in technology and procedures.
Maintaining TMC operator qualification records.
Maintaining and updating the training syllabus.
Assisting the TMC operations manager in developing and, maintaining, and updating TMC SOPs and SLA
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience
At least 2+ years in training and development responsibilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge and skills to communicate with partner agencies for TIMrelated training and education
Experience with TxDOT TMC operations and training
Experience making SLA,s, KPIs, and other metrics in a TMC or similar environment
The ability to address conduct and performance issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
