Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Huntsville, AL or Chantilly, VA
Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately.
Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with help desk software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
