You Have:
3+ years of experience as Model-Based System Engineer, performing engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
3+ years of experience with the practical application of SysML, UML, DoDAF, or UAF using MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody
Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools
Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapon systems
Experience with the aerospace and defense industry, systems engineering for C2 systems, defense communications systems, or the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN)
Ability to perform multiple systems engineering functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
Experience performing in Agile environments
Knowledge of using system models during government engineering reviews
Knowledge of system engineering disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, and cybersecurity
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
OCSMP Fundamental Certication
INCOSE CSEP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
