This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world-class engineering center with a focus on excellence.
In this position you will provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users and IT administrators. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at meetings as needed, and meet with users whenever necessary.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer’s IT staff on a regular basis. You will be responsible for resolution of complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from senior engineers and management and, in some areas may work independently.
Perform daily solution support as needed for our clients
Perform ongoing support and solution optimization
Respond to support alarms and critical requests in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation
Complete assigned incident management tasks
Support internal and external client environments
Provide Tier 3 and other support per service requests
Will need to assist in providing 24×7 Support via oncall rotation
Required Skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Federal Security Clearance, which requires you to be a US Citizen
8-5pm CT on-call requirement : Must be regularly available for on-call between 8am-5pm CT

US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
