Months/Years of Experience:

Masters degree + a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; Bachelors degree + a minimum of ten years relevant experience; or an Associates degree with a minimum of twelve years of relevant experience. Degrees must be from an accredited college or university.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain security clearance. Ability to obtain unescorted access to Redstone Arsenal; special permits, certifications and government authorizations required by ASRIs contracts with the government. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.

Skills Needed:

Microsoft office suite; DOORS; CAMS.

Duties:

Provides overall planning and direction along with a combination of administrative, management and technical leadership to complete contracts or program tasks that contribute to effective cost, schedule, and overall performance. Areas of expertise may include but not be limited to developing and reviewing plans and reports to ensure system and software operates and complies with requirements and/or design specifications; reviewing design, system and test documentation related to requirements and test output; providing technical expertise in data analyzed through verification and validation process; verifying that system and software artifacts are compliant for software in support of defense aviation programs /systems, requirements analysis, design specification, documentation review and testing. Assists in completion of milestones e.g. studies, analyses, reports, solutions, training /education materials and deliverables. Presents program reviews for upper management and stakeholders.

Work on Future Vertical Lift Requirements for the Army.

Directly work with the Army Program Office and other Army organizations to build requirements, testing, and other tasks needed related to fielding this new aircraft.

Comments: Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment.
