Invenco by GVR Data & Analytics Hub is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Data & Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team. The Senior Manager will have a critical role in growing the Data engineering & BI capabilities across Invenco and GVR, driving data operations, BI development, and data strategy to support business decisions and operational improvements. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to foster a data-driven culture within the organization. The Senior manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and build enterprise data warehouse ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across projects.

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

· Develop and implement Data & BI strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.

· Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data, BI & analytics and provide recommendations for tools and techniques & technical direction to improve the effectiveness of the team.

· Standardize BI practices to ensure consistent delivery of reporting and analytics across the organization and promote self-service BI capabilities for business users.

· Ensure data quality and accuracy by establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.

· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs.

· Define and track KPIs for data & BI initiatives and continuously measure the impact of analytics solutions on business outcomes.

· Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

· Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and business operations, to ensure alignment of data engineering initiatives with overall business objectives.

Who You Are (Qualifications)Educational Requirements

· 7+ years of experience in data engineering & analytics, customer data and loyalty platform implementations, with at least 4 years in leadership or management experience.

· 5+ years of experience with data platforms & technology (e.g., snowflake, AWS, Azure) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

· 3+ years of experience with agile software development.

· Proven track record of managing, guiding, and growing data engineering and analysts.

· Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actional recommendations for senior leadership.

· Experience with data governance, security, and compliance regulations.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

The base compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
