Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Electronic Warfare and RF Engineer to join a DOD Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Warfare/Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EW) and Electronics/Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering, with extensive experience in intelligence and imaging technologies. This role involves analyzing and presenting project status, developing technical assessments, and providing integration guidance across multiple domains. Responsibilities include:
Analyze and present project status, long-range plans, and program accomplishments in relation to program objectives, budgetary constraints, schedules, technical requirements, and risk.
Assess affordability and planning for unique technologies, modifications, and integration guidance for design reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, program strategy evolution, and modernization reviews.
Collaborate with technology leads and program managers to develop technical assessments, briefings, input, and recommendations.
Develop technical inputs and integration guidance across Multi-Sensor Dominance, Sensing Architecture, Advanced Processing and Dissemination, and Operational Enablers lines of effort within the Cross-Functional Team (CFT).

Skills and Requirements
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Must have a minimum of 7 years experience with Electronic Warfare/Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EW) and Electronics/Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering and how RF technologies can be used in cyber operations
Must have Counter- Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting (C-C5ISRT)-related capabilities and technologies experience.
Must have Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) to include Electro-Optical (EO), Infrared (IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Multi/Hyper-Spectral Imagery (MSI/HSI) experience.
Knowledge of data packets and how they are used in network communications
Knowledge of data standards and message format knowledge
Knowledge of Data flows, DFDs, etc.
Experience supporting open system architectures
Experience developing plans for cyber operations null
