As a Senior Control System Engineer, you’ll a lead a team of engineers, overseeing project work from inception to completion. You will provide field support, including on-site design, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning support. Additionally, you will work independently on designing, developing, in-house testing, and commissioning systems at client locations. As a lead, you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen our engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications:
6 to 10 years of relevant working experience with control methodology DCS, PLC and HMI platforms.
Experience with promoting teamwork by demonstrating effective communication skills and collaboration with peers, management and the client.
Complies with Safety requirements by following all safety procedures and reporting/documenting safety incidences.
Displays leadership abilities including honesty, integrity, and professionalism across the business.
Rockwell Automation Logic and Visualization development platforms (high competence and relevant experience within the last 2 years).
Aveva System Platform experience (high competence and relevant experience within the last 2 years).

Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $90,043 and $112,398 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
