Primary Responsibilities
· Work with a commercial industry leading identity and access management software platform custom-built for complex enterprises (training is recommended)
· Develop and maintain expertise on chosen COTS systems and legacy customizations.
· Perform Operations & Maintenance (O&M) on customized COTS identity access management system.
· Participate in system upgrade planning, design, development & migration activities.
Job responsibilities

Support system O&M activities including identify, investigate and fix system bugs.

Participate in code review, and disciplined Dev Ops activities.

Leverage experience to establish & refine development processes and to mentor less senior developers.
- Develop and unit test new features within the framework of the COTS identity and access management software platform, Create / Consume RESTful APIs.
- Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment

Participate in Agile software development processes, including SPRINT Planning, work planning and sizing activities.

Participate in system upgrade Architecture & Design, planning, proof of concept and development activities.
Special Considerations:
- Work on the JEMS project 100% of billable time during first 12 months of joining Fort Indy.
- After the first 12 months, we are open to negotiations of transitioning partially or fully to other projects in Fort Indy.
- Complete the existing COTS training before coming on site.
Requirements:
- Master's degree and 15+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years of SW development experience
- Experience developing in an agile environment

Pay Range:
Pay Range $148,850.00 – $269,075.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
