Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect – Remote
Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer / Architect, excited to contribute to the development lifecycle of a web application? Are you a self-starter, motivated to enhance and optimize current platforms and work on exciting new initiatives? We want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
Managing development activities across an agile team, driving customer stakeholder engagements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and translating these into specific Salesforce initiatives.
Performing hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementations, with a focus on delivering functional solutions.
Analyzing business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform.
Configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships, customizing page layouts, flows, integration, automation, and validation rules.
Providing development support, from design through testing and deployment.
Requirements
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in I.T. or other related field with 8+ years of related experience; OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience. (Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
Ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework, and Managed Packages.
Web application development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
Preferred Experience:
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, Administration.
Public Trust Security Clearance will be needed but can be obtained while starting the role.
Please note:. Training can typically commence within two weeks of selection. This position is fully remote and candidates should be comfortable working east coast hours (9:00 am ET – 5:00 pm ET)
