Are you organized, compassionate, and looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Favorite Home Care is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our dedicated team! In this role, you’ll be the central point of communication between our clients, caregivers, and office staff – ensuring services are delivered smoothly, professionally, and with heart.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule home care services based on client needs and caregiver availability
Maintain accurate records in scheduling and EVV systems (e.g., HHAeXchange)
Serve as the first point of contact for client and caregiver inquiries
Monitor service delivery and resolve any staffing or care plan issues promptly
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and case managers
Participate in on-call rotation (as needed)
Requirements:
Prior experience in home care or healthcare scheduling preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with HHAeXchange or similar software is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish/Russian/Ukrainian) preferred
Must be able to work on-site in our office
