Role: Senior Solutions Architect
What you will be doing:
Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives.
Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries.
Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps.
What we are Looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting DoD, IC, Federal agencies, or SLED customers.
Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions.
DoD clearance required for DoD roles; not required for FEDCIV/SLED roles
What are our Preferred requirements:
Hands-on experience in domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, Electronic Warfare, and or Readiness.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures.
Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments.

Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and organizational levels.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment while meeting deadlines.
Salary range: $150,000 – $250,000
