CACI is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Expert to lead in the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies within USSTRATCOM. The role involves enhancing organizational efficiency, facilitating information sharing and promoting best practices in knowledge management to support national mission objectives. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Plans and leads knowledge management functions as directed by the Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) Office (KIMO)

Manages KM strategy and outlines a plan for managing and sharing information and knowledge within the organization

Manages a KM system that allows for the storage, retrieval, and sharing of information and knowledge

Provides user support services for training materials (i.e., Smart Cards, briefs) and events (i.e., Newcomers, Sr. Leaders Onboarding, Working Group meetings)

Educates staff on use of the knowledge management system and strategies, new tools, and/or new technologies

Assists with content management, building groups, and developing/modifying workflows

Responds to emerging process improvement requirements to improve unforeseen process shortfalls or problems

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in IT or related field along with 7 Years of knowledge management experience or related area

Required 8140 Cert: 431 – Intermediate; Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training or obtained within 6 months

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices

Clearance Required TS with SCI eligibility

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 – $163,800
