The National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Sr. Instructor – SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) Course to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program.
This role is PART TIME – This will be an ongoing part-time position, with 10 hours one month and at least 20 hours the following month for an extended period of time. 100% remote and security clearance not required.
You will support Government staff in the following:

Need a physical security specialist with demonstrated expertise in SCIF-705 series or Dod Manual SAPF building and accreditation knowledge.

Would be online the entire course (up to 20 hours per session) and would have 10 hours the month prior to review and prepare. 10-20 hours per month. Courses run every other month; 20 hours per month when teaching; up to 10 hours preparation in the off month.

Knowledge and expertise in construction and accreditation of SCIF-75 Series or DoD Manual SAFP is more important than instructor experience with ability to answer the students’ practical questions.

Provides dedicated support to one specific office; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required.

Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across the organization.

Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations.

Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.
Qualification:

Requires a minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA, Minimum of 7 years with PhD, will consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

Requires demonstrated expertise in SCIF-building.

Previous experience as a physical security specialist required.

Previous experience as an Instructor in the Intelligence Community preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 – $183,300.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
