Lead a High-Impact Team in a Growing Industry
Location: Winston-Salem & Stoneville, NC
We’re looking for a Fleet Manager to take charge of operations at two key North Carolina locations-Winston-Salem and Stoneville. You’ll oversee a fleet of 70 vehicles and manage a team of 13 employees, ensuring the fleet is safe, reliable, and running at peak performance. This is a critical leadership role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all fleet and maintenance activities across both sites
Maintain safe, dependable vehicles to support daily operations
Lead, train, and support a team of 13 mechanics and technicians
Ensure shops are staffed appropriately and follow all safety procedures
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage capital equipment requests
Conduct regular fleet evaluations and shop inspections
Utilize vehicle and maintenance management systems effectively
Drive a safety-first culture through meetings, inspections, and compliance
Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and employee development
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant fleet or maintenance management experience
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
