Basic Job Functions:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and harness the power of data to fuel our company’s growth. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative BI solutions that provide valuable financial and operational insights, enabling data-driven decisions across multiple departments. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategies and driving business success.
As a key contributor, you will design and build data pipelines, models, dashboards, and reports that support critical decision-making across the product group and divisions. Additionally, you will ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of BI solutions, delivering a seamless user experience.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, Computer Science, Engineering.
Minimum five or more years BI experience developing data pipelines/ETLs, and building reports and dashboards
Proven experience designing, developing, overseeing, and optimizing enterprise-scale data architectures and ETL workflows, ensuring data quality, integrity, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Transitions developed solutions to customers and provide training as necessary
Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing complex reports, dashboards, and analytics environments incorporating advanced features that enhance decision-making
