We are looking for our nextIntern for Velocity Sales division at Commvault. Our summer internship program isn’t just a summer job; we offer real world experience and opportunities to make an impact in a global organization.
The Velocity Sales Intern willjoin our team offocused salespeoplefor the summer where you can grow and learn your sales and pipeline developmental skills.This Internship will focus oncompiling, analyzing, and actioning on sales data, and using this information to guide sales efforts with the sales team. OurGlobal Enterprise sales organization is driven by some of the most strategic minds in the industry.Our leadership team is incredibly talented and hardworking and know how to have fun while getting work done. We work and win as a team, all supporting one another along the way.
The kind of person that will thrive in this internship is someone lookingto learnand gain insightsintotech sales. Particularly if you are interested in the opportunity tolearn how to effectively manage sales campaigns from start to finish, how to compile complex sales data and how to ultimately win in a sales career.
What you’ll do:
Work alongside the sales team to run sales campaigns
Build rapport with customers and business partners
Analyze market and sales data to provide insight into current trends
Support the strategy, planning, and operationalization of new business segments
Who you are:
On site in Fort Lauderdale office four days a week
Must be enrolled in college and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field(e.g. Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and presentation
Competitive edge and winning attitude
Some relevant experience such as relevant internships, volunteer work, or classroom assignments
Musthave experience with Excel.
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
