RN Supervisor – The Chief of Calm and Care -Hours: 11p-7a M-F
Do you find yourself managing chaos with a smile, juggling a full schedule, and delivering top-notch care-all while knowing where the coffee stash is? Well, you’re in luck! We’re looking for an RN Supervisor who’s experienced, compassionate, and ready to lead our nursing units with grace, humor, and an eye for detail.
What You’ll Do (Besides Save the Day): – Oversee nursing units: Think of yourself as the conductor of a well-oiled orchestra-ensuring each nurse and team member plays their part to perfection. – Medication administration: Yes, you’ll keep things flowing safely and on time. Patients and meds trust you, and so do we. – Documentation: If charting were an Olympic sport, you’d have the gold medal. – Resident care supervision: You’ll keep an eye on resident care plans like a hawk (a friendly hawk).
Who You Are: – A Registered Nurse Extraordinaire: You’ve got the license and the experience to back it up. This isn’t your first rodeo-you know the ropes. – A People Person: Whether it’s comforting residents or coaching a team, you know how to make others feel heard, supported, and maybe even chuckle. – Problem-Solver: You don’t freak out at the unexpected; you adapt, thrive, and maybe even turn it into a learning opportunity. – Master of Multitaskin: You can coordinate care, answer a call light, and write notes-sometimes all at the same time!

Qualifications:
RN License in MD
2 years rn experience
Supervisor/Management Experience Preferred
LTC/SNF Experience
