Red Cell Analytical Lead
Subject matter expert for the Red Team methodology, open source research methods, and analytical project development.
Manage onboarding of new analysts by providing initial overview of the Red Team, goals and expectations, and initial indoctrination on Red Team methodology.
Validate and mentor analysts through assessment cycle with emphasis on honing analytical capabilities and employing Red Team Methodology.
Will review analytical products, conduct regular check-ins with analysts on a fixed schedule, and identify emergent problems during this research phase of assessment.
Responsible for developing and maintaining an analytical training & validation plan, to include specific benchmarks and requirements for analyst development.
Will be required to travel to observe and interact with analysts during the preparation for a ground assessment. Will interface directly with ground teams and DTRA representatives and serve as an ambassador for the Red Analysts.
Interface directly with Red Cell Managers to manage team training, onboarding, and project status. Will provide inputs to Red Cell Manager review of all products.
Required Skills/Qualifications
An active TS/SCI clearance
A minimum of a High School diploma coupled with 5 years’ experience as an intelligence analyst
A minimum of 1 year experience serving as a Sr. Red Cell Analyst
Proficiency in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, and research information/data
Demonstrated expertise performing information/data collection, analysis, and fusion
Excellent analytical, communications-both oral and written, and project management experience
Experience in a role commensurate with the position description and responsibilities. At a minimum, personnel shall have management experience in one or more of the following areas:
All Source Analyst
Information Operations/Counterintelligence Analyst
Geo-Spatial Analysis
Network Analyst (Physical)
Threat/Target Analysis
Cyber Analyst (Logical)
Insider Threat Analyst
Social Media/Big Data/Deep (Dark) Web Analyst
Supply Chain/Logistics Analyst
