Responsibilities
How you will contribute to our National Security and Defense mission:
MTSI is looking for a mid-career Radar Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will use your experience in systems, subsystem, and component analysis for electromagnetic spectrum applications. You will interact daily with Government and industry partners in the missile and space domain supporting Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This position is located at National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
Develop radar, data, communications, and/or electronic warfare models, algorithms, and simulations.
Perform trade-space analysis to assess and verify system characteristics and capabilities.
Document software and hardware characteristics and changes to existing and new simulation environments; analyze complex electronic systems; experimental design and test execution; data collection; and report generation.
Perform engineering analysis, research, development, testing, and other technical activities related to radar technologies.
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of experience in the use of modeling and simulation software development frameworks (TMAP, AFSIM).
Experience with at least one programming/software development language (MATLAB/Simulink, C, C++, Python).
