The Role
Validates 3D models, 2D drawings, and associated manufacturing aids for conformance to command media processes and contractual specifications. This includes consideration of both production and design schedules and accurate use of configuration management tools. Applicant must have ARAS, Ship constructor, and Navisworks experience, good writing and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data extracted using Microsoft office products. Applicant will develop corrective action reports, metrics, and other reports based on validation findings.
The Role
Position will serve as the process expert for command media development, revision, routing, approval and issuance for the division.
Must Have
Must have either a Bachelor’s Degree in a related filed and 6 years of relevant professional experience; OR a Master’s Degree in a related filed and 4 years of relevant professional experience; OR a combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Must have experience working with cross functional teams.
Must have experience interfacting with both internal and external customers.
Must have an understanding of the need for business process auditing and management.
