The Project Manager has direct oversight of planning, directing and coordination of site consolidation of Vintage (BR1124) into Champagne (BR1111). Plans and establishes the utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in complex project planning, equipment relocation, process certification, resource assignment, leadership, production methods and coordination of people and resources is needed.

Pay Rate Range: $98,100.00- $130,800.00

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Understanding of all financial elements for the plant, including labor, material and overhead related to the consolidation

Prepare and deliver an accurate project budget

Oversee all personnel actions and ensure they are handled in accordance with policy

Monitor all internal systems for accuracy and compliance with company rules, standards, expectations, and applicable laws.

Identifies opportunities that best utilize the location’s infrastructure and meet customer requirements

Supports Sales and cross-functional teams to proactively manage customer expectations and product qualification

Prepares budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of this project

Resolves problems by adjusting priorities, schedules and reassignment of workforce when necessary

Defines inventory models to maintain inventory effectively and accurately

Monitors corrective actions to ensure the project is improving efficiency, service, profits by analyzing and enhancing those actions

Confirms the location is meeting contractual obligations to the customer

Ensures sufficient capacity is available within the location to carry out the objectives and delivery of products

Reviews and prepares all related internal and external reporting.

Approves and monitors work completion and performance by contractors

Participates and encourages participation in the Continuous Quality Improvement process

Knows and understands all company policies

Motivates, outlines and delegates methods to meet or surpass project timing and budget

Education:

Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

Equivalent to 10 years increasingly responsible experience in all aspects of manufacturing facility managementrequired

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products

Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions

Possess skills to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one

Possess the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Able to monitor/ assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action

Can identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

Good oral comprehension and expression, able to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand

Possess deductive reasoning, able to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense

Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events)

Above average ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly

Have an above average ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
