Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Manager III to be based in Orange, CA:
Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
Manages other Project Managers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior DSA Experience.
Experience working as a owners rep.
Prior experience working with a school district.
Pre construction / construction / close out experience is desired.
Additional Information
Working out in the field is required for this role.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $95,656.00 – $176,964.00.
