Description
Leidos Dynetics is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Huntsville, AL, team and help us create unique solutions for complex problems. We have offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
As an intricate member of the team, you will perform management and support functions for the project team involved with design and development of manned and unmanned aircraft systems and payloads, including third party payload integration, and missile and munition system development. You will have the responsibility of planning, tracking, and executing complex tasking within technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
These projects will involve diverse technology areas including electrical and hardware design and fabrication, artificial intelligence/machine learning, navigation and control of air vehicle systems, and flight testing.
Basic Qualifications
- If you have a bachelor’s degree in Program/Project Management or Business Management and a minimum of 7 years of technical project management or technical project management support experience APPLY!
- Must have ability to relate technical goals to Project constraints as well as verbal and written skills to communicate to Project teams and Customers
- Must be a leader with good organizational skills, a self-starter, attention to detail and work well as a member of an integrated engineering team
- Experience or understanding in the following PM/Program Support areas:
- Project financial analysis using Costpoint
- Proposal team organization/management and Proposal Basis of Estimates
- Project Organization/IPT development
- Contract Deliverables and Configuration Management
- DoD contracting
- Understanding T&M, CPFF and FFP contracts
- Understanding Government Property management and disposition processes
- Leading a small team, including subcontractor management
- Purchase Requisition requirements and processes
- Risk identification and management
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
- Candidate must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or willing to commute.

Experience with DoD Acquisition Management
Security Requirements
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Secret/SSBI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 – $162,150.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
