Project Manager – HR & Systems
Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in HR, systems, and technology ? We are seeking a Project Manager – HR & Systems to lead and drive key initiatives within our People function . If you have 5-7 years of project management experience and a passion for cross-functional collaboration, strategic execution, and process improvement , this role is for you!
Job Title: Project Manager – HR & Systems
As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for successfully managing projects across HR, systems, and technology , ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams , drive strategic initiatives , and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR, systems, and technology-related projects
Drive projects to successful completion independently or with large cross-functional teams
Build trust and transparency with partners through clear and timely communication
Manage dependencies across various areas within the People function
Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met efficiently
Offer flexibility to remotely host or attend meetings outside of standard working hours when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in project management in HR, systems, or technology
Strong understanding of People business processes, HR systems, and technology platforms
Proven ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
Education & Experience:
BA or BS in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field
Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or Agile) is a plus

Pay Details: $90.00 per hour
