Our Intelligence and Security business, dedicated to developing cutting-edge cloud computing, cybersecurity, data, and other digital technology solutions for government and infrastructure clients, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Analyst. In this role, you will have the chance to perform daily data management, analytics, and reporting tasks alongside a collaborate team and supportive customer.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of the practice of performance measurement and analytics within the Intelligence Community (IC) or the Department of Defense (DoD).
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and experience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to the analysis of organizational challenges.
Intermediate expertise in data visualization, to include knowledge of Tableau and ability to create Tableau dashboards.
Expertise in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate to advance expertise in program language SQL and Python level coding.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to apply these skills independently and broadly to meet dynamic analytical requirements.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Clearance Required : Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, a quantitative or technical discipline, or another related field
Minimum Years of Experience: 7 (seven)
Preferred: Experience with the customer organization or related organizations.
