The Leidos Digital Modernization Group is seeking a Site Operations Lead at The Pentagon in support of the AFNCR IT Services program.

Primary Responsibilities:
-
Delivers world class information technology services to over nine thousand military, civilian, and contractor customers at the PNT (Pentagon).

Manages a mid-sized team consisting of experienced professionals comprised of both Leidos and partner employees.
-
Oversees mission execution in both current operations and future plans (project management). This includes all aspects of Field Services (job control, desktop support, help desk, voice support, routine requirements, technical refresh, personal wireless and overall customer service) as well as continuity of operations, office stand-ups, and VTC installations.

Guides exceptional Executive Support to over 120 political appointees, general offices and senior executive services civilians, to include the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and the Chief of Space Operations.

Directs the Pentagon Site Operations Manager and Pentagon Site Projects Manager (DISA J6 Liaison) to ensure all work is prioritized, coordinated, documented and deconflicted to meet program requirements and key performance indicators.

Attend and provide input for the Daily Operational Operations Update and the 844th CG Operations Update.

Ensure all Metrics are exceeded / met, metrics include response time, ticket closure time etc.

Leads, directs and reviews the work of team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

Develops weekly briefs to highlight mission accomplishments and shortfalls to the 844th Communications Squadron’s leadership.

Manages a $7M+ budget and provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.

Proactively reviews processes for gaps and inefficiencies, making recommendations to stakeholders to ensure exceptional service fulfillment.

Develops and oversees plans to execute annual and compliance initiatives such annual technical refresh of ~3000 workstations while ensure senior stakeholders are routinely briefed on progress.

Ensures daily internal synchronization meetings across Field Service teams to ensure technicians and team leads understand daily ticket priorities and workloads.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted lieu of a degree.

Possess a current DoD Secret clearance.

Advanced knowledge and experience with desktop support and helpdesk principles.
-
IT support team lead experience / ability.
-
Familiar with IT support in a DOD environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Current IA Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, etc.
-
6+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
-
Experience with the AFNCR IT Services program.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 – $203,275.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
