PCTE Technology Specialist, Senior
Key Role:
Provide technical support and guidance to platform users during and after force training, exercises, TTP development, or mission rehearsals. Act as a subject matter expert on IT tools and technologies, offering advice on best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and training technologies to keep the Persistent Cyber Training Environment ( PCTE ) platform relevant and cutting-edge. Analyze training data and feedback to identify platform usage trends, areas for improvement, and successes. Prepare reports, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations on PCTE activities and outcomes for USCYBERCOM senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an IT spe cia list or in the IT field
Experience briefing senior level offi cia ls and leadership
Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware or Hyper-V
Experience with cybersecurity principles and best practices
Knowledge of IT systems, sof tware, and tools
Knowledge of network policy
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in e-learning platforms, learning management systems ( LMS ) , and training technologies
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Experience in capabilities development
Knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, operating systems, and applications
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS
CompTIA CTT+ or Micro sof t Certified Trainer Certification
DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
