General Summary
The P-3 Avionics Technician (AT) Organizational Level Maintenance Instructor – Special Qualifications (SQ) Subject Matter Expert (SME) develops training curricula and performs instructor duties for on-site legacy and mission system maintenance training in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) or Commercial contracts with military, foreign military, or domestic customers.
Essential Job Functions
Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the training of aircrew operators, aircraft technicians, or maintainers of systems or subsystems.
Analyzes, designs, and develops training courses and computer-based courseware
