Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist with forklift experience to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to become a permanent team member after 90 days. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with stock organization, and supporting the warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
Utilize forklifts to move products and materials safely within the warehouse.
Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized.
Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily inventory goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous inventory or warehouse experience required..
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be motivated, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills (experience with inventory management software a plus).

Pay Details: $21.19 per hour
