This client is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental product/technologies. They have over 10 different locations nationwide.

Responsibilities:
· Operate, monitor and maintain automated production line equipment (including robots)
· Ensure smooth and efficient production processes
· Start up, run and shut down automated production line as required
· Perform regular inspections and preventive checks on machinery to prevent downtime
· Able to monitor machine to maintain precision tolerances
· Troubleshoot technical issues.
· Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failure.
· Document production activities
· Lift up to 25 pounds
· Perform review of Bill of material and material handling activities as needed
Experience Requirement:
· Machine Operation experience in a production environment
· Dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential
· Basic computer skills for data entry and simple manipulation
· Ability to read, write and communicate in English
