This level 1 support position will be providing advanced PC and printer support.
Ideal candidates will have Certifications in CompTIA A+, MCP, and/or Network +, preferred; with an associate or bachelor’s degree in the field of computer technology and/or work experience as a technician.
User Based Desktop Support
New User/Employee Setup
Break/Fix Troubleshooting Related to Desktop Devices
Service Ticket Triage and Use of Ticketing System/Walk-Up Requests
PC/Laptop Upgrades for End Of Life
Experience with desktop support – at least 1 + years
Certifications is a plus
Associates or Bachelors Degree in a technology related field
