MTSI is seeking a Mid-Career All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position is located in the Dayton, OH area.

Responsibilities
MTSI is seeking a Mid-Career All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position is located in the Dayton, OH area.
Performs all-source analysis to provide predictive and actionable intelligence.
Assesses the capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of foreign long-range, land-based ballistic missiles, and their associated operations, ground support equipment (GSE) and facilities.
Coordinates with senior leadership to develop analysis plans that address Key Intelligence Questions (KIQ).
Reports progress, seeks feedback, and submits products for review.
Authors Finished Intelligence (FINTEL) reports.
Supports briefings, tours, ad-hoc tasks, working groups, conferences, and other relevant forums, as required.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Strong research and technical writing skills.
Experience conducting research on a wide variety of topics, to render concise analytic conclusions.
Familiarity working with agencies and partners of the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).
Ability to work independently planning, coordinating, and executing work, at times with little oversight and guidance, as part of a larger team comprised of civilian and military personnel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Desired Skills:
Knowledgeable in Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards and publishing workflows.
Familiarity or working knowledge of the six basic intelligence sources, or collection disciplines: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT.
Basic understanding of manned and unmanned aircraft, operations, sub-systems, and employment techniques.
