Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the Parsons Universal Modeling & Analysis (PUMA) Lab and work closely with the Chief Scientist.
This is a hybrid role that requires 1-2 days in one of our Parsons offices. You will be enhancing the Parsons Digital Engineering Framework (PDEF) through enhancing and further maturing our capabilities in the area of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and integration of applications based on customer needs (simulation applications, data repositories, modeling applications, etc.). Our team seeks an expert in the field of MBSE, while also having experience in modeling and simulation, and comfortable working in the SAFe Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing *: *
Perform MBSE Architecture Development
Enhance the PDEF MBSE Deployment Kit
Work with the Capture Team to address MBSE Tasks
What Required Skills You’ll Bring *: *
Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field
3+ years of combined experience in the different areas of responsibilities
MBSE Knowledge & Experience
Requirements Engineering Experience
Digital Twin Development Experience
Required Knowledge and Experience with the following Tools: Cameo Systems Modeler & Teamwork Cloud
Active SECRET clearance OR eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring *: *
Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Experience
Experience with the following Tools: Ansys ModelCenter, STK, & HFSS, AFSIM, & EADSIM
Certification in Systems Engineer (CSEP)
Experience with MATLAB

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 – $145,800.00
