Location: Reading, PennsylvaniaJob Type: Long-term/Indefinite Contract (with the potential to transition to a full-time role)Compensation Range: $35 – 42 per hourAre you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We’re seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a dynamic and newly formed Marketing Intelligence + Customer Experience team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Intelligence, this hybrid role based in Reading, PA (2-3 days on-site per week) offers the opportunity to shape data-driven strategies, collaborate with business leaders, and drive impactful decisions. Conduct a range of analyses, including trending, correlation, financial, qualitative, forecasting, and scenario planning, to support business decisions.
Build and maintain databases or tools to summarize, analyze, and report key business metrics.
Collaborate with functional experts and business leaders to design reports, develop metrics, and deploy analysis tools.
Prepare presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Provide ad-hoc analyses, investigate trends, and explore best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Maintain a knowledge base of past research, models, and reusable insights to support ongoing and future projects.
Translate data into actionable insights that guide marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, economics, finance, or accounting.
Experience:
1-3 years in an analytical, data analysis, or technology-focused role.
Exposure to statistical analysis, financial modeling, and data mining techniques.
Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL or Oracle, including data extraction and query development.
Experience with internal company data systems preferred.
