Market Intelligence Analyst – SLED
Job Description:
The Market Intelligence Analyst – SLED plays a critical role in driving growth and fostering relationships within the public sector. This position is dedicated to identifying and developing new business opportunities and revitalizing underutilized or neglected relationships. Collaboration is at the heart of this role and you will work closely with Arrow’s internal teams and vendor partners to deliver tailored opportunities that meet customer needs.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of market intelligence and contract tools to uncover potential opportunities for IBM. The Market Intelligence Analyst will manage and monitor key information feeds, conducting bi-weekly reviews to ensure timely insights. They will also attend relevant trade shows and conferences to gather actionable information, enabling IBM to strengthen its presence in public sector agencies and departments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver customer success activities to assigned accounts or territories.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively engaging partners to uncover growth opportunities.
Act as a liaison between the market intelligence teams, sales operations, supplier managers and resellers to facilitate solutions.
Drive capture engagements through lead generation.
Rebuild relationships with underpenetrated and neglected accounts.
Enable high-potential partners to enhance IBM solution adoption.
Utilize internal resources to manage leads, track opportunities, and monitor account progress.
Document partner interactions and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
2-5 years’ experience researching Market Intelligence – SLED
4 years degree or equivalent work experience
Experience generating sales leads for public sector market
Ability to identify SLED agencies
General understanding of public sector contracts
Mission focused individual with a desire to grow and succeed
Proactive, driven and detail-oriented work ethic
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$62,300.00 – $88,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
