Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Marshville, North Carolina to find an experienced and eager Maintenance Technician to join their growing team!
The main responsibility of a maintenance technician is to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain production and facility equipment and provide support, which will include adhering to all policy and procedures for a safe work environment.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain operation goals that include mechanical drives, hydraulics, belts, drive motors, motor controls, electrical conveyors, and pneumatics, follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals to ensure proper operations.
Maintain preventative maintenance operations to ensure all moving equipment are in proper working order for maximum efficiency.
Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
Maintain and support repair parts inventory to facilitate repairs and support of little or zero down time.
Maintain and open line of communication for anticipated repairs or troubleshooting to prevent major repairs while optimizing production.
Work in a safe manner to assure compliance with ALL safety rules and procedures of EWPI-communicating safety daily with management.
Pay rate for this position is based on experience.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
