PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician I to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of ingredient quality for Company products worldwide. If you’re passionate about working with cutting-edge lab technology and contributing to the quality of iconic consumer products, this role is for you!
About the Role
As a Lab Technician I, you will be an integral part of protecting the Company brand by performing both basic and complex testing on confidential ingredients used in the company’s products. Working with supervision, you’ll use chemical and analytical methodologies to ensure the quality and consistency of ingredients in line with the Company’s rigorous quality guidelines.
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine and advanced testing of ingredients using laboratory instrumentation such as refractometers, titrators, and spectrophotometers.
Ensure testing adheres to quality guidelines and maintain a high level of throughput.
Use laboratory software (Excel, Word, LIMS) to track and manage data accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve processes.
Communicate findings clearly and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Basic experience with laboratory instrumentation (refractometers, titrators, spectrophotometers, etc.).
Ability to use common software applications such as Excel, Word, and LIMS to support lab functions.
Demonstrated technical knowledge and the ability to conduct chemical and analytical testing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to innovate and think strategically.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred:
Knowledge of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
