COOLSOFT LLC has an opening for the position of IT Project Manager (Ref# ITPM211RN).Work Location: Louisville, KY and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.Job Duties: Plan, manage, schedule, monitor, and provide technical direction for various IT projects. Track overall project performance, resources, cost, and schedule goals while maintaining project scope and adhering to change management processes. Coordinate all activities of the project to ensure the project progresses on schedule, within budget while delivering business value. Work on ETL, Business Intelligence (BI), and data migration projects to migrate data from legacy systems to open database systems. Work with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to breakdown project tasks using Jira, record them using SharePoint, and identify dependencies, timelines, and point to contacts responsible for each task in the projects. Review, analyze, and evaluate current business systems and support process improvements. Develop IT disaster recovery plans. Work with solution and technical architects to identify requirements and project plans and remove roadblocks. Implement software application development using Agile methodology. Lead weekly Agile ceremonies like daily stand up, sprint review, and retrospectives with stakeholders. Create a communication plan with the technical team to identify risks, issues, and dependencies in software development and develop dashboards and reports. Use of MS Project, Agile, Scrum, SharePoint, ETL, Oracle, CA Clarity, Jira, Power BI, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, UNIX, and MS Office.Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including IT Business Analyst, Application Developer, or related experience.
