$30 – $40 per Hour | Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, Weekend – First Come, First Served)

As an Interior Craftsperson, you’ll help design, fabricate, and maintain the luxurious interiors of aircraft that set new standards in comfort, safety, and innovation.
Your Role and Impact:
As an Interior Craftsperson, you will play a key role in transforming aircraft interiors, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of quality. Your work will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge transportation experiences for passengers around the world.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings.
Ensure all work complies with manuals, regulations, and safety standards.
Follow work requirements and safety policies.
Participate in 5-S activities to maintain a clean workspace.
Assist with unplanned maintenance during slower periods.
Perform aircraft cleaning and support off-site maintenance if needed.
Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and smooth operations.
What You Bring to the Team:
Required:
0 – 2 years of experience in interiors (wood finishes, soft goods, auto, RV, boat).
Skills in disassembling, sanding, prepping, and finishing wood.
Ability to mix and apply stains/paints, and spray base coats/top coats.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with corporate jets.
Basic PC skills for documentation and communication.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
