Intelligence Collective Training Exercise Planner
Key Role:
Serve as an Intelligence Exercise Planner on a team that performs advanced analytical and technical scenario design and planning tasks in support of collective training operations. Demonstrate knowledge of OPFOR doctrine, tactics, techniques, processes, and applicable regulations involved in military exercises. Support intelligence operations planning for constructive and live units at the brigade , division, corps, and theater level as part of collective training exercise design. Create Operations Orders, annexes, and intelligence products for live and constructive units to enable training units to achieve proficiency in tasks. Develop and publish nested Operations Orders and concepts to replicate higher headquarters and adjacent units. Integrate Army and Joint Intelligence and Targeting efforts to synchronize efforts during training events. Develop Threat ML COAs and MD COAs, digital and analog graphics, and other appropriate planning products required for collective training exercises. Act as a liaison between planners and training units during exercise development, planning, and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
13+ years of experience with military intelligence
5+ years of experience training military units or planning military exercises
Experience serving on division or above level staffs
Experience using the Micro sof t Office 365 suite of tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
Knowledge of OPFOR tactics, techniques, and procedures
Ability to perform activities with a very high degree of attention to detail
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of current Joint and Army Intelligence doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures and force structure
Knowledge of Army training database systems, including FMSWeb and Combined Arms Training Strategies ( CATS )
Knowledge of the Decisive Action Training Environment
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
