We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intelligence Analyst II with a strong background in intelligence analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing actionable intelligence in support of national security objectives and working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct intelligence analysis and produce raw and/or tactical intelligence products in support of U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) missions.

Apply knowledge of intelligence requirements and analytical processes to support operational and strategic objectives.

Collaborate with diverse teams across disciplines and agencies to ensure cohesive and accurate analysis.

Review, edit, and finalize intelligence products with a strong focus on grammar, style, and analytical accuracy.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to draft, present, and disseminate findings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant intelligence analysis experience.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience writing raw or tactical intelligence products within the USIC.

Strong editorial and grammar skills with at least two (2) years of experience in copyediting, publishing, or writing-intensive roles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior military, law enforcement, or federal government experience (non-USIC roles also valued).

Background in hard sciences or technical disciplines.

Experience with certified release authority to disseminate intelligence products.
