MCIOC enables Marine Corps Information Operations and influence capabilities to shape and inform the information environment in support of operational commanders.

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill mission-critical roles as team members rotate in and out due to long-term military leave or to fill position vacancies.

Opportunities span a wide range of mission-critical functions, including:

Intelligence Support to the Information Environment (IE)

Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Planning

Military Deception (MILDEC) Planning

Deception Activities Intelligence Support

Influence Operations Planning

Regional and Linguistic Expertise in Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, and Arabic for cultural analysis, translation, and support to influence operations

Required SkillsRequired Experience

Positions may be available at multiple experience levels , subject to the labor category, experience level requirements, and budget defined by the contract for the position being filled.

Journeyman Level– One of the following:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in the specific task; OR

Associate’s degree plus 4 years of work experience in the specific task ; OR

6+ years of relevant experience (no degree required)

Senior Level- One of the following:

Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience in the specific task; OR

Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of work experience in the specific task; OR

8+ years of relevant experience (no degree required)

Additional Requirements:

Relevant experience supporting DoD or USMC Information Operations

Strong understanding of joint planning, intelligence support, and influence operations

Ability to work on-site at Quantico, VA

Active Top Secret clearance with immediate SCI eligibility
