What You Will Do *: *

As part of a team of consultants supporting a large Intelligence Community (IC) organization, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, studies, and surveys that include the collection and analysis of data for the current and future/emerging capabilities and tools to provide advice, guidance, and/or recommendations for integration into the existing OSINT toolkits. The recommendations shall include a business case analysis that evaluates the viability of the tool, a cost benefit analysis, and recommendations for testing and evaluations. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly surveying account utilization of current capabilities and tools and provide the Government with recommendations to improve and optimize OSINT tools.

What You Will Need *: *

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; FOUR (4) years’ Intelligence experience may be used in lieu of degree requirement

THREE (3) or more years of relevant experience working within the Intelligence Community.

Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations.

What Would Be Nice To Have *: *

Master’s degree relevant to job description.

Experience working with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools for intelligence collection.

Experience leading focus groups and tool demonstrations for numerous stakeholders across the intelligence community.

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community (IC) components.

Strong communication/oral and written skills.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as a team member.
