Job Summary:
The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications, and teleconferencing equipment. The technician will be working on a small team of less than ten (10) people that support a large organization.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Mission Focus : Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment.
Technical Proficiency : Installation and configuration of computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. Ability to maintain government and vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches and telephone systems.
Qualifications : Two years of technical proficiency with roles as a hardware technician
Security Clearance : Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
Certification Requirement : A+ certification or equivalent

Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.00 – $84,600.00
