- 16%+ 401k1Eligible AEITS employees can contribute to both a traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) plan through John Hancock. For those who participate, the company provides a 50% match on employee deferrals, up to a maximum of 6% of eligible compensation. Additionally, all AEITS employees, regardless of their participation in the traditional or Roth 401(k) plans, receive a 16% contribution into a non-qualified retirement plan, further enhancing their retirement benefits., fully vested at one year.
