The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience and join a collaborative team in our Bridgewater, NJ office. For more information, visit: www.gpinet.comResponsibilities:GIS Data Management & Spatial Analysis * Collect, process, and maintain spatial data from various sources with a focus on accuracy and quality. * Perform geospatial analysis and geoprocessing to meet project goals. * Develop, update, and maintain geospatial databases and metadata in compliance with established standards. * Produce clear, detailed maps and visualizations for both internal teams and external stakeholders.Database Management * Maintain and update relational databases; integrate GIS data effectively. * Query and analyze large datasets to identify trends and inform decision-making.Collaboration & Documentation * Estimate time and level of effort for assigned tasks. * Coordinate with project managers to deliver GIS-related support. * Document procedures, workflows, and standards for consistency and clarity.Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 3+ years of professional GIS experience. * 2+ years of data management experience. * Proficient in: * ESRI ArcGIS Pro * SQL (Microsoft SQL Server) * Microsoft Office 365 * Familiarity with Python for automating GIS workflows (a plus). * Experience with ESRI Roads and Highways (a plus). * GISP is preferred, and ESRI ArcGIS is a plusRequirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideratio
