Adecco is assisting a client in Hampstead, NC, in recruiting for a Branch Forklift Operator/Inventory Control position. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are safety-conscious, organized, and skilled in forklift operation and inventory management. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently move and load materials while ensuring smooth operations for customers. Additionally, the candidate will maintain adherence to inventory location procedures and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operation and Yard Duties:
Safely operate forklifts and adhere to all safety protocols.
Assist customers on the yard with their needs.
Maintain organized and properly placed brick cubes.
Clean the yard, remove trash, and repair any damaged cubes before the end of the day.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts, report issues, and ensure cleanliness.
Inventory Control:
Perform and assist with physical cycle counts as needed.
Respond to inquiries related to inventory.
Assign and maintain designated inventory locations following established procedures.
General Duties:
Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
Follow all job-specific guidelines and procedures.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills: Teamwork, time management, inventory control, basic math and computer skills, verbal and documentation proficiency, and equipment maintenance knowledge.
Equipment Operation: Must be skilled in safely operating heavy machinery.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions.
Other Requirements: Must pass a drug and alcohol screening.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
